We must have heard many stories about dolphins rescuing people at sea. Let’s applaud the little dolphin for his amazing act of kindness.
Turbo, an 11-year-old Doberman, went missing from his home in Marco Island, Florida. The little dog must have fought to stay afloat till a pod of dolphins noticed him.
The dolphins swam to the terrified dog and began nudging it with their noses to keep it afloat. Fortunately, it attracted the attention of some people near the canal’s edge. They saw the little dog desperately floating in the water, surrounded by dolphins.
The dolphins seemed to sense what they needed to do to keep the dog alive while also attracting the attention of people who could help in rescuing the dog from the deep water.
Firemen raced to the commotion and carried the dog out of the water. He was a little shaken, but he was fine. The firefighters determined that the dog had been stu.ck for nearly 15 hours—a very long time to keep swimming, especially if you are not a sea creature.
Thank you for fighting so bravely, little dog! Wonderful how animals look & help other animals in distress could teach us a lot about life and how to live it right
Lucky dog precious picture I love dolphins too they have been known to save people also so very intelligent. Absolutely wonderful animals are amazing.
